Working within the sales & marketing team this role requires the use of raw data and targeted marketing campaigns to create qualified leads and opportunities for our sales team. Working as a conduit between marketing and sales/account management this role offers a varied range of activities and responsibilities with a strong benefits package.
Prospect Account Management:
Identify and target high-potential accounts using ABM strategies.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and engagement.
Engage with decision-makers within the target accounts to understand their unique challenges and needs.
Leverage tools like HubSpot Sequences & LinkedIn Sales Navigator to take prospects to leads.
Appointment Setting:
Secure and set up meetings for Account Managers with potential clients.
Pre-qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover to the Account Management team.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the Marketing team to refine marketing targets, plans and strategies, identifying market segments and suitable campaigns.
Attend regular sales and marketing meetings to update the team on progress and share insights.
Provide feedback from the field to help shape future marketing campaigns and product development.
Collaborate with the team to leverage HubSpot tools for email campaigns, automated follow-ups, and lead segmentation.
Engage in networking activities and live events linked to marketing as and when required.
Keep current:
Stay updated on the latest IT trends, our service offerings, and competitor activities.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Report and Track Performance:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
